Expand your email marketing reach by seamlessly integrating Poper's popup builder with Brevo, a user-friendly email marketing platform. This guide will walk you through connecting Poper and Brevo, ensuring leads captured through your popups are effortlessly added to your chosen Brevo lists.

Prerequisites

  • A Poper account with an active popup campaign.
  • A Brevo account.
  • An API key for your Brevo account. (You can generate a new API key by navigating to your Profile > SMTP + API within your Brevo account and clicking "Generate a new Key".)

Setting Up the Poper and Brevo Integration

Access Your Poper Popup:

Log in to your Poper dashboard and navigate to the specific popup you want to integrate with Brevo.

Open the Integrations Tab:

On the left side of the popup editor, locate the "Integrations" tab and click on it.

Select Brevo Integration:

From the list of available integrations, choose "Brevo."

Name Your Connection:

Provide a clear name for your Brevo connection (e.g., Brevo Leads). This will help you identify it later.

Enter Your Brevo API Key:

In the designated field, paste your Brevo API key that you obtained from your account settings.

Click "Next." Once you've entered your API key, click the "Next" button to proceed.

Select Brevo List:

Brevo will load all the lists (audiences) present in your account. Choose the specific list where you want to add subscribers captured through your Poper popup.

Map Poper Fields to Brevo:

This step allows you to match the data fields collected in your Poper popup form with the corresponding fields in your Brevo list. Use the dropdown menus to map each Poper field (e.g., email, name) to the appropriate Brevo field.

(Optional) Add Custom Fields:

If your Brevo list has custom fields, you can utilize this section to define how Poper should populate those fields with data captured in your popup form.

Click "Connect." After completing the field mapping (and any custom field definitions), click the "Connect" button to establish the integration between Poper and Brevo.

Test the Integration

To verify the functionality of the integration, click the "Test Connection" button within Poper. This will send a sample request to Brevo, simulating a subscriber signup. Check your Brevo account to confirm that the test subscriber was successfully added to the chosen list.

Congratulations! With the Poper and Brevo integration successfully set up, leads who submit their information through your Poper popup will be automatically added to your designated Brevo list. This allows you to nurture them with targeted email marketing campaigns and seamlessly grow your audience.
