Sendfox Integration

Streamline your email marketing efforts by integrating Poper's drag-and-drop popup builder with Sendfox, a powerful email marketing platform. This guide will walk you through connecting Poper and Sendfox, ensuring leads captured through your popups are automatically added to your chosen Sendfox lists.

Prerequisites

  • A Poper account with an active popup campaign.
  • A Sendfox account.
  • An API key for your Sendfox account. (You can create a new API key by navigating to Settings > API within your Sendfox account.)

Setting Up the Poper and Sendfox Integration

Access Your Poper Popup

Log in to your Poper dashboard and navigate to the specific popup you want to integrate with Sendfox.

Open the Integrations Tab

On the left side of the popup editor, locate the "Integrations" tab and click on it.

Select Sendfox Integration

From the list of available integrations, choose "Sendfox."

Name Your Connection

Provide a clear name for your Sendfox connection (e.g., Sendfox Leads). This will help you identify it later.

Enter Your Sendfox API Key

In the designated field, paste your Sendfox API key that you obtained from your Sendfox account settings.

Click "Next." Once you've entered your API key, click the "Next" button to proceed.

Select Sendfox List

Sendfox will load a list of all the email lists (audiences) present in your Sendfox account. Choose the specific list where you want to add subscribers captured through your Poper popup.

Map Poper Fields to Sendfox

This step allows you to match the data fields collected in your Poper popup form with the corresponding fields in your Sendfox list. Use the dropdown menus to map each Poper field (e.g., email, name) to the appropriate Sendfox field.

Click "Connect." After completing the field mapping (and any custom field definitions), click the "Connect" button to establish the integration between Poper and Sendfox.

Test the Integration

To verify the functionality of the integration, click the "Test Connection" button within Poper. This will send a sample request to Sendfox, simulating a subscriber signup. Check your Sendfox account to confirm that the test subscriber was successfully added to the chosen list.

Congratulations! With the Poper and Sendfox integration successfully set up, leads who submit their information through your Poper popup will be automatically added to your designated Sendfox list, allowing you to nurture them with targeted email marketing campaigns.
