Slack Integration

Integrating Poper with Slack allows you to receive real-time notifications about new leads directly in your Slack channels. This guide will walk you through the process of setting up Slack integration for your popups in Poper.

Steps to Integrate Slack with Poper

Access Popup Settings

Open your browser and log in to your Poper account. Ensure you are in the correct domain. Select the popup you want to integrate with Slack and click on the "Edit" button.

Open Integrations Tab

In the popup editor, find and click on the "Integrations" tab on the left-hand side menu.

Add Slack Integration

In the Integrations tab, locate and select "Slack" from the list of available integrations.

Add Slack Connection Name:

Enter a name for your Slack connection to easily identify it later. Click on the "Next" button to proceed.

Login to Slack:

A new window will open prompting you to log in to your Slack workspace.

Enter your Slack credentials and authorize Poper to access your Slack workspace.

Select Slack Channel

After logging in, you will see a list of all public channels in your Slack workspace.

Select the channel where you want to receive notifications about new leads.

Connect:

Click on the "Next" or "Connect" button to complete the integration process.

Confirmation

A confirmation message will be sent to the selected Slack channel indicating that the integration was successful.

Additionally, new leads captured by the popup will now be sent to the specified Slack channel.

Save the Integration

After successfully setting up the Slack integration, save the popup by clicking on the "Save" button.

Test the Integration

To ensure that the integration is working correctly, fill out the popup form and check if the new lead information appears in the designated Slack channel.
