Adding custom fonts to your popups in Poper allows you to maintain brand consistency and enhance the visual appeal of your popups. Follow the steps below to use custom fonts in Poper.
Steps to Use Custom Fonts in Poper
Open your browser and log in to your Poper account.
Ensure you are in the correct domain.
Navigate to the dashboard.
Select the popup you want to edit.
Step 2: Access Font Family Settings
On the right-hand side of the popup editor, you will find the settings panel.
Scroll down to locate the "Font Family" setting.
Step 3: Manage Custom Fonts
Open the Dropdown and click on "+ Custom Font"
This will open a modal window where you can select existing custom fonts or upload a new one.
Step 4: Upload Custom Font
Upload Font File:
In the modal window, click on the "Upload" button.
Select the custom font file from your computer. Note that only .ttf and .otf file formats are supported.
Enter Font Family Name:
After uploading the font file, you will be prompted to enter the font family name.
By default, it will be set to your font file's name, but you can change it if desired.
Click on "Save" to save the font.
Step 5: Apply Custom Font
Select the Custom Font:
Once the font is uploaded and saved, it will be auto selected and it will be available in the font family list.
Select the custom font from the list to apply it to your popup.
Apply to Specific Elements:
If you have selected a specific element within the popup, the custom font will be applied to that element.
If no element is selected, the custom font will be applied to the entire popup.
Step 6: Save and Use Custom Fonts
After applying the custom font, save the popup by clicking on the "Save" button.
The custom fonts you upload will be saved in your account.
You can reuse them in any of your popups by following the same process.
Important Note on Font Usage (Legal Compliance)
Ensure that you have the legal rights to use any custom font you upload. Poper will not be responsible for any legal issues arising from the use of unlicensed fonts.
If a license issue arises, Poper will attempt to resolve it with you. However, if you do not adhere to the font distributor's privacy policy, your account may be restricted from using custom fonts.
