Zoho CRM Integration

This guide will show you how to integrate Zoho CRM, your customer relationship management (CRM) platform, with Poper, your lead capture popup builder. This integration allows you to seamlessly transfer lead data captured through your Poper popups directly into your Zoho CRM account, reducing manual data entry and streamlining your sales pipeline.

Prerequisites:

  • A Poper account (free plan available)
  • A Zoho CRM account

Steps:

Access and Edit Your Poper Popup: 

Log in to your Poper dashboard and navigate to the specific popup you want to integrate with Zoho CRM.

Open the Integrations Menu: 

On the left-hand navigation bar, locate the "Integrations" tab (represented by a link icon) and click on it.

Find the Zoho Integration: 



Within the search bar of the integrations menu, type in "Zoho CRM" and select the option that corresponds with the Zoho logo.

Name Your Integration and Select Zoho CRM Service: 





Provide a clear and descriptive name for your integration (e.g., "Poper Leads to Zoho CRM"). Then Choose "Zoho CRM" to integrate with your Zoho CRM system. Click "Next" to continue.

Connect to Zoho CRM: 





A new window will appear prompting you to enter your Zoho CRM credentials if you haven't already connected your account to Poper. Sign in to your Zoho CRM account to establish the connection.

Map Popup Fields to Zoho CRM: 



You'll now see a mapping screen. Here, you'll match the data points captured by your Poper popup form fields with the corresponding contact information fields in Zoho CRM. Use the dropdown menus to select the appropriate platform key (Zoho CRM field) for each input field in your popup (e.g.,email address for Zoho CRM's "Email" field).

Important Note: Ensure the platform key (Zoho CRM field) you choose actually exists in your Zoho CRM account. If a matching field doesn't exist, you won't be able to transfer that specific data point.

Add Custom Fields (Optional): 



If your Poper popup captures data that doesn't have a direct equivalent in Zoho CRM's standard contact information fields, you can add custom fields. Click the "Add Another Attribute" button and define the custom field name in Zoho CRM to match the corresponding field in your Poper form.

Complete the Integration: 



Once you've finished mapping all the fields, click the "Connect" button. If the configuration is successful, you'll see a confirmation message indicating a successful integration.

Test the Integration (Optional): 



To ensure everything works as expected, submit a test lead through your Poper popup. The data from the test lead should appear in your Zoho CRM contacts list within a short period.

Congratulations! You've successfully integrated Zoho CRM with your Poper popup. Now, all leads captured through your popup will be automatically added to your Zoho CRM account, allowing your sales team to leverage the power of Zoho CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and close more deals.
