Zoho Marketing Automation Integration

This guide will show you how to integrate Zoho Marketing Automation, your email marketing platform, with Poper, your lead capture popup builder. This integration allows you to effortlessly add leads captured through your Poper popups directly to your Zoho Marketing Automation lists, empowering you to nurture leads with targeted email campaigns and drive conversions.

Prerequisites:

Steps:

Access and Edit Your Poper Popup: 



Log in to your Poper dashboard and navigate to the specific popup you want to integrate with Zoho Marketing Automation.

Open the Integrations Menu: 



On the left-hand navigation bar, locate the "Integrations" tab (represented by a link icon) and click on it.

Find the Zoho Integration: 



Within the search bar of the integrations menu, type in "Zoho" and select the option that corresponds with the Zoho logo.

Name Your Integration and Select Zoho Marketing Service: 





Provide a clear and descriptive name for your integration (e.g., "Poper Leads to Zoho Marketing"). Then Choose "Zoho Marketing" to integrate with your Zoho Marketing Automation system. Click "Next" to continue.

Connect to Zoho: 





A new window might appear prompting you to enter your Zoho credentials if you haven't already connected your account to Poper. Sign in to your Zoho Marketing Automation account to establish the connection.

Select Zoho Marketing Automation List: 



You'll now see a screen showcasing your Zoho Marketing Automation lists. Choose the specific list where you want to add leads captured through your Poper popup. Click "Next" to proceed.

Map Popup Fields to Zoho Marketing Automation: 



You'll see a mapping screen where you can match the data points captured by your Poper popup form fields with the corresponding subscriber information fields in Zoho Marketing Automation. Use the dropdown menus to select the appropriate platform key (Zoho Marketing Automation field) for each input field in your popup (e.g., email address for Zoho Marketing Automation's "Email" field).

Add Custom Fields (Optional): 



If your Poper popup captures data that doesn't have a direct equivalent in Zoho Marketing Automation's standard subscriber information fields, you can add custom fields. Click the "Add Another Attribute" button and define the custom field name in Zoho Marketing Automation to match the corresponding field in your Poper form.

Important Note: Ensure the platform key (Zoho Marketing Automation field) you choose actually exists in your Zoho Marketing Automation account. If a matching field doesn't exist, you won't be able to transfer that specific data point.

Complete the Integration: 



Once you've finished mapping all the fields (or skipped this step if no mapping is required), click the "Connect" button. If the configuration is successful, you'll see a confirmation message indicating a successful integration.

Test the Integration (Optional): 



To ensure everything works as expected, submit a test lead through your Poper popup. The data from the test lead should appear in your chosen Zoho Marketing Automation list within a short period.

Congratulations! You've successfully integrated Zoho Marketing Automation with your Poper popup. Now, all leads captured through your popup will be automatically added to your chosen Zoho Marketing Automation list, allowing you to leverage Zoho's powerful email marketing features to nurture leads, segment your audience, and craft targeted email campaigns that drive results.
